In Yaoundé, a boy butchers’ his father over an alleged domestic violence with his mother. The act took place when his father was asleep. According to reports, the 19-year-father old’s had a tendency of abusing and assaulting both his mother and him, which is what led to his horrific conduct.
The son, sources say, was a secondary school student in Nkoldongo neighbourhood. Sources say immediately after carrying out the barbaric act, the boy went to his friend’s house to seek refuge.
The youngster was later discovered in the friend’s home by law enforcement, taken into custody, and then released. After being taken into custody, the boy made an effort to justify himself by telling the security guards that he had become weary of watching his mother cry over his stepfather.
The boy who butchers‘ his father came as a surprise to the neighbours who thought of him as a calm member of the community.
